I bought a 2012 Nissan Altima from this dealership at the end of 2016 beginning of 2017 with 70k miles on it. It’s now 10 years later and my car is still running beautifully (knock on wood). It has just under 200k miles on it now and still runs as great as it did the day I bought it. Car has driven all over IA, IL, IN, OH, PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, VA, WV, TN, NC, and SC. Even after driving all over with my vehicle, I can let it sit in park for 5-10 minutes and you couldn’t even tell it was running l. Uptown Motors did right by me, not one bad thing to say about them, super friendly, super helpful, and most importantly to me is they actually give a sh🫢t. Definitely not trying to take advantage and really helped me out when I was in a tight spot. If I still lived in Iowa they would be the only dealership I’d do business with. Bought from them financed through Ascentra CU and it was the best experience I have ever had.

He demonstrated fairness and understanding of our circumstances. Following a recent incident where my vehicle was totaled, he efficiently secured a replacement within a day. The vehicle was reasonably priced and in satisfactory condition. I would certainly consider utilizing their services again in the future.
